Demcouture Jeans, Inc., is a company that specializes in made-to-order denim and custom graphics. Created in 2003 by Darwin Earl Minisee in Los Angeles, CA, Demcouture Jeans allows clients to fully customize their denim creations in ways not possible with other denim and clothing manufacturers.
While studying Fashion Design in college, Minisee was driven by a desire to create custom designed clothing that stood apart from what was available through mass retailers. This, along with the belief that one size does not fit all, led Minisee to invest in a single-stitch, industrial capacity sewing machine that he uses to create each pair of custom Demcouture jeans. Each pair begins as bolts of fabric chosen by the client, then cut to fit according to your body, style, and taste, and finally pieced together by hand and sewn. The resulting product is a truly one-of-a-kind piece of clothing that can't be purchased in stores.
